refund Policy

At Viking Village, we strive to provide an unforgettable experience. However, we understand that plans can change. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. General Refund Policy

1.1 Refunds for Cancellations:

  • 7 Days or More: If you cancel your booking 7 days or more before the scheduled event, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • Less Than 7 Days: If you cancel within 7 days of your event, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all experiences, including axe throwing, cornhole, shuffleboard, AR darts, and any combined bookings with table reservations.

1.2 Venue-Initiated Cancellations or Changes: In the rare event that Viking Village needs to cancel or significantly change your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. If you do not wish to proceed with the amended experience, you may choose to reschedule within 30 days or request a full refund.

2. Rescheduling Policy

2.1 Rescheduling Requests: If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your original booking time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must occur within 30 days of the original booking date. Please note that rescheduling is at the discretion of Viking Village management.

2.2 Less Than 24 Hours' Notice: Requests to reschedule made less than 24 hours before the booking time may not be accommodated, and no refund will be issued if we are unable to reschedule your experience.

 

3. Non-Compliance with Venue Rules

3.1 Failure to Sign Liability Waiver: For activities like axe throwing, all participants must complete and sign a liability waiver before participating. Failure to do so will result in exclusion from the activity without a refund.

3.2 Alcohol Consumption: No alcohol may be consumed before or during the axe throwing activity. Any participant found violating this rule will be immediately disqualified from the activity without a refund.

3.3 Behavioral Misconduct: Viking Village reserves the right to cancel your booking without a refund if you or any participant behaves in a manner that is aggressive, abusive, or threatening towards our staff or other guests.

 

4. Age Restrictions

4.1 Age Limitations: Participants must be at least 18 years old for certain activities, including axe throwing. It is your responsibility to ensure all participants meet the age requirements. No refunds will be provided for age-related exclusions.

  • Axe Throwing: Strictly for guests aged 18 and over.

  • Table Football and Cornhole: These games are open to all ages, so everyone can join in the fun!

  • All Other Games: Suitable for guests aged 12 and over.

  • Evening Hours: From 8 PM onwards, Viking Village becomes an 18+ venue.

 

5. Additional Participants

5.1 Exceeding Booked Numbers:
If you bring more participants than originally booked, we may be able to accommodate them depending on availability. Any additional fees for extra participants can be settled upon arrival.

5.2 Reduced Participants:
No refunds will be issued for fewer participants than booked. The price difference for unoccupied slots will not be refunded.

 

6. Payment Methods

6.1 Payment Terms:
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. Viking Village does not accept cash payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards.
